Gabriella Miller
was a happy-go-lucky fourth grader in Northern Virginia until three
weeks ago when she was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of
inoperable brain cancer. Now Gabriella endures an almost-daily regimen
of grueling radiation and chemotherapy treatments.
When
Gabriella learned she qualified for the "Make-A-Wish" Foundation, she
was delighted to submit her wish, which is to visit Paris, France. But
Gabriella is the kind of child who doesn't like to 'get' something
without giving something back. So Gabriella is asking all of her friends
near and far to join her in writing letters to Santa Claus because if
Macy's receives 1,000,000 letters to Santa before Christmas, the company
will donate $1,000,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
